If you’ve ever played an MMO, have you ever wondered what happens to the player characters once the player logs out? Not it in the gameplay sense, obviously, since they’re usually just removed from the world, but in the “game world” sense. Do they just sleep in the inn, waiting for the player to log back in? Do they wander around aimlessly? It wouldn’t make sense, lore-wise, to have heroes just materializing out of thin air, only to have them disappear a few hour later… And as an extension of that question, what happens to the playable characters once their player stops playing them?

Ben Croshaw tried to answer that question in a rather comedic way in his debut novel, “Mogworld”, but the doujinshi that we’re presenting today has much darker and sinister answer.

We’re proud to publish our first Fatalpulse doujinshi, “Victim Girls 12”. If you’re not familiar with Fatalpulse’s work, you might be confused with the number “12” in the title. Don’t be alarmed, as every doujinshi in the “Victim Girls” series is a stand alone story with no plot connection with previous entries.

Victim Girls 12 follows an Elin named Charlotte, guild master and a seasoned veteran of the Argon War. Recently, however, she’s been feeling dejected and depressed. Previously, she fought and defeated powerful monsters, cleared dangerous dungeons and obtained powerful equipment. In short, she stood at the top. And then she found herself with no further goals or achievements to strive towards.

One memory burns bright in her mind though: when she was just starting out, she was defeated and nearly raped by a powerful monster of the gula race. Thinking that maybe there lies the way to discovering the real meaning of life, she discards her equipment and goes into the den of gulas…
